ST. MARY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL COMPUTER LAB
Welcome!
It is with pleasure that I welcome you and your child to the St. Mary Computer Lab. I am dedicated to making this an enriching, productive and terrific year for all.
The computer curriculum focuses on the computer as a tool. Students gain experience with keyboarding, word processing, spread sheet, database, graphing, researching (Internet), multimedia applications and communications (Internet). Our program includes two types of lessons. 1.) Lessons that integrate the computer into the subject area curriculum, and 2.) lessons that teach to a specific computer skill.
Standards of good behavior are stressed in our classroom. Class rules emphasize consideration and respect for others.
I thoroughly enjoy the school community and teaching. My goal is to provide your child with the guidance necessary to become active participants in discovering and using new knowledge.
